    Hi,

I would like to add 4 columns across the above the footer section similar to the 4 footer columns. Looking at the previews it appeared there where already 3 columns there but I cant find them.

    Appearance > Widgets

You will see Footer Columns #1, #2, #3 and #4

Drag and drop any of your available widgets into the footer column(s)

    Thank you Andy,

However I want to add the columns (above) the footer. I have already placed widgets into the footer, that was so easy but anything above the footer sets new rows not columns. I want it like your display page showing the different colors. My page will have. at the top the title, Icon, Phone..Then, the Menu, followed by a slider and quick contact, next a description of the business text box across entire 1200 px. page, under that I want 4 columns with basically 4 menu’s , followed by the footer with 4 of it’s own columns holding contact, pages, rss etc. I guess I will investigate the css and page code to see if I can find the code for the footer column boxes and use it for the above the footer section. Not my strong point anymore

Like in the theme preview screenshot?

We created that using the WordPress gallery shortcode
    https://codex.wordpress.org/Gallery_Shortcode
    to display those images.

e.g. add shortcode in your page, where the ids are the IDs of the images you want to display
    [gallery size="large" link="none" ids="1851,1852,1847"]

if you wanted 4 columns it would be something like
    [gallery columns="4" size="large" link="none" ids="1851,1852,1847,1848"]

I guess my question was written very poorly.

I do not want to display images as you did, that was an example of location.

I want to display either 4 text boxes or better yet 4 boxes with clickable menu’s in them.

    That’s all.

    Thanks for trying

Have you looked into using a plugin such as Page Builder by SiteOrigin or Page Builder: Live Composer?
