- The topic ‘Shop Filter does not filter’ is closed to new replies.
I have a shop and inserted the filter in the sidebar menu and filter by different things – categories, attributes, etc.
But if you click on any of the categories, it does not filter out the shop page. It just re-uploads as the same shop page.
Can anyone tell me why this is happening?
Been trying to figure this out (and the other issues I’ve been posting) but can’t seem to find the answers.
Using Lorina theme.
Shop page is here: http://www.e.yoma.com/collection and click on any of the sidebar filters such as Drapery, Wallcovering, Upholstery, etc. etc.
Note: The sidebar does show the correct number of items in the filter but when you click the category or attribute, it does not actually show you the filtered items.
I think it is possibly something to do with how you have built the shop page with the Elementor page builder plugin.
The page shows exactly the same content from the main shop page, on all your category/tag/attribute archives.
These pages all show the same content, when they should not:
https://e.yoma.com/collection/
https://e.yoma.com/product-category/wallcovering/
https://e.yoma.com/standards/cal-117/
The standard WooCommerce functionality will only show relevant products, so I assume the issue is related to how you have built your shop page using the Elementor plugin.
Sorry, this is outside the scope of the theme. I would recommend you check out the Elementor help and support.
Oh ok thank you I will look into that. Thanks for your help!
