Cannot Get Rid of Sticky Header

There is a glitch with my website where when anyone scrolls down, the page essentially “jumps” down. After doing research, it seems that this can be blamed on the fact that I am using a sticky header. I do not see any option to get rid of this sticky header. Please help me get rid of this so I can fix the glitch.

There is an option in the customizer to disable the sticky header.

In your website’s dashboard go to ‘Appearance’ > ‘Customize’ > ‘Layout Options’ and select the “Disable Fixed Header” setting.
