Can't get to my Customize screen

I cannot get to my customize page. When I click on it I get a blank screen??? Please help me fix this!

First thing is to rule out whether it is a plugin that is causing the issue.

1. Deactivate all your active plugins.
2. See if you can access the customizer.
3. If you can access the customizer, reactivate plugins one at a time until the problem reappears.

This will tell us which plugin (if any) is causing the issue.

Which plugin was causing the issue?

I ask as it may help others with the same issue or we may be able to make the theme more compatible with the plugin.

I’m not even sure I was using it. I download stuff allot trying to get things to look the way I want them to or to get access to editing more easily. I am graphic artist, not really a web developer so when I want things to look right, as I said, I start adding plugins to see if they help, but I guess I forget to deactivate them when they don’t.
