Change location of the features section.

Is it possible to change where the features section appears on the home page of the theme?

I wanted to know if I could move it down to under the call to action section?

Sorry this kind of custom work is outside the scope of our theme support. We can help with theme functionality and relatively minor styling issues but this would require custom coding.
