    I enabled it a few weeks ago and now I want to disable it?

    It is the same option in the customizer to both enable and disable the sticky header.

    Go to ‘Appearance’ > ‘Customize’ > ‘Layout Options’ and untick the box for the ‘Enable Sticky Header’ option. Click ‘Publish’ button to save.
