In a form the checkbox isn’t shown in frontend

Hello, I am using Trusted pro with a childtheme and I am using caldera forms and woo-commerce. Unfortunately the checkbox isn’t shown in the frontend.

I tried a lot of things …. nothing did help.

But it is working on an other site without woocommerce.

 

Do you already know this problem? I would be grateful for support.
