This is due to your web host setting the maximum file upload size in PHP to a low value. It could be that it is set at a maximum of 2MB as the Trusted Pro theme is 2.1MB.
The first step is to ask your hosting company if this can be raised.
If you ask your web host and they say this cannot be done, please reply here and let us know and we’ll look into other ways to get around this limit.
