ParticipantHi there,
Great theme and the support looks excellent so far.
Using v1.1.2 of the theme, we’re having a rather strange issue with the header not recognizing the scroll event when the swipe or scroll happens while hovering the body, and so not collapsing.
We can see the <header id=”masthead” …> is not getting the class=”scrolled” toggled on unless we a) scroll while hovering the header, or b) scroll while hovering the body all the way until page end.
That, along with using a header background image, means the header is transparent when scrolling while not having that “scrolled” class present. Visually, it breaks the site.
And, finally, we note that keyboard scroll of the pages isn’t working either.
Maybe we’ve mucked up the set up? FWIW, we’re not seeing any javascript errors in the console, either.
Thanks in advance!

AndyKeymasterHello,
Does our Azuma demo have the same issue when you view it with the same browser?
Do you have any plugins installed and activated?
It could be a conflict or error in the javascript of a plugin. It’s possible to have an error in some other javascript that stops all other code working from that point and not be logged in the console. If you haven’t already done so, could you deactivate all your active plugins, then see if the issue is fixed. Then reactivate plugins one-by-one until the problem reappears.

ParticipantYes, an unknown conflict (with no logged console errors) with a plugin seems to be the culprit.
Thanks for the advice! Cheers!

AndyKeymasterPlease let me know which plugin was causing the issue.
I will be able to try and recreate the problem and see what is causing this.
Thanks.February 13, 2020 at 9:31 pm #9310rambillo
ParticipantAppreciate that, however I don’t think it’s worth any more time or effort. The plugin causing the issue was a) rather obscure, and b) actually one that should not have been currently enabled as it was a helper plugin to some other theme; a leftover from the prior development group managing the site. It should therefore never be one to be installed/activated while using your Azuma theme.
Thanks again for the great support!
