How to remove top banner from Home Page

How I remove the banner from first home page and add other website inside the iframe of the banner place. Please help..And have a look at my attachment..

Hi, the theme does not use iframes in the place you describe or anywhere else.

The functionality you want is beyond the scope of minor CSS modifications and beyond our support policy.

It would require custom coding, and an option would be to find a reputable freelance coder/developer on Upwork for this kind of custom service.
